Minimum Advertised Price Policy or (MAP) Policy applies to all advertising and all information available on the Internet as pertains to Marcius LLC product or merchandise. This policy is adapted to prefect the retailers or designers display, advertising, promotional or selling efforts of Marcius llc product.

For Marcius llc product or merchandise the MAP is 2.0 times the wholesale price, the published wholesale price before any discounts.

Example:
If the wholesale price is $100.00 an item may not be advertized for less than $200.00 through the Internet.

Marcius llc intends to sell only to retailers or designers who do not advertise our products through the internet at below MAP level prices. Marcius llc reserves the right to stop sells, cancel acknowledgments to any retailer, designer or wholesaler that advertises at below MAP prices through the internet.

This policy does not apply to advertising not shown o the internet. Interpretation and application of the MAP policy for Marcius LLC shell remain the sole right and decision of Marcius LLC.

This policy applies only to advertising prices through the internet. Retailers are free to sell, including through the internet at prices they wish and to advertise any price except through the internet.

Marcius LLC has the right and sole discretion to change the MAP policy at any time. Temporary changes may be made by written communication and consent from Marcius as part of a promotion. No employee or sales representative is authorized to change or modify the MAP of Marcius LLC. All questions concerning this policy should be directed to Marcius.
